Mindfulness and the Creative Writer offers an opportunity to produce innovative creative work by working with the language that emerges through foundational mindfulness practices. Students are encouraged to explore writing across genres—fiction, creative nonfiction, and poetry. Absolute beginners and more experienced writers and/or mindfulness practitioners are welcome.
